Wine
Bannockburn Pinot Noir is drawn predominantly from the winery's original Olive Tree Hill plantings that date back to the 1970s. A smaller portion comes from the Serré and De La Terre Vineyards.
All parcels are wild fermented with a portion of whole bunches. The wine matures in French oak hogsheads for 12 months. It is then racked and bottled with light filtration before release.
Deep crimson, Bannockburn Pinot Noir has lifted red fruit flavours, bright acidity and fine tannin balance. Cellaring potential is seven years.
